Design & Recognition

True design lives in the details you rarely see.

Awards are simply the visible result. What determines whether a massage chair feels exceptional is the accumulation of decisions hidden inside its motion, touch, pressure, structure, materials and sound.

Relaxbro massage chair design studio DESIGN / 001 From the first line to the moment it meets the body.

From the design studio

Precision is only the beginning.
The body gives the final answer.

Every decision has to answer the same question: does it genuinely make the body feel better? If the answer is not convincing enough, we return to the trajectory, material, angle, pressure and timing — refining the technology until the technology itself begins to disappear.

Our design principles

Choose the better answer,
even when it is harder.

We do not accept a solution simply because it is easier to manufacture, easier to assemble or less expensive. A design earns its place only when it meaningfully improves how the body feels.

Industrial design detail of Relaxbro's 4D massage mechanism01 / MOTION

4D Motion Architecture

A mechanism that exists
without feeling mechanical.

Depth, speed, travel, dwell and rhythm are not isolated settings. We refine how they work together so the mechanism approaches the neck, shoulders, back and waist differently — replacing repeated machine-like motion with movement that feels deliberate, adaptive and composed.

Design detail of Relaxbro's soft silicone massage heads02 / TOUCH

Soft Silicone Massage Heads

The first point of contact
should not feel like a hard machine part.

The massage head is the true interface between the mechanism and the body. Beyond softness alone, we study contact area, edge geometry, rebound and deformation under pressure so force spreads more naturally instead of concentrating into a single rigid point.

Relaxbro massage chair air compression system design detail03 / AIR

Air Compression Architecture

Supportive enough to hold you,
never so much that it restrains you.

Comfort is not determined by airbag count alone. Placement, chamber volume, inflation curve, left-right coordination and release timing all matter. The aim is to stabilize, stretch and release the body with control — not simply make pressure more noticeable.

Relaxbro massage chair industrial design and exterior form04 / FORM

Industrial Design

A massage chair
should still belong in a living room.

Backrest proportion, arm volume, shell breaks, leg-rest integration and the silhouette from every angle are repeatedly reconsidered. The goal is to let a highly complex machine become visually quiet when it is not in use. Mature technology does not need to announce itself.

Relaxbro acoustic engineering and internal structural design05 / QUIET

Acoustic & Structural Control

Quietness
is part of comfort.

Motors, gears, pumps, valves and structural members all produce sound and vibration. We look beyond the noise of each individual component to how they interact as a system, refining isolation, mounting, cushioning and control logic so mechanical sound retreats from the experience.

Relaxbro material and assembly craftsmanship detail06 / CRAFT

Materials & Assembly

The most expensive details
are often the least obvious.

Leather grain, foam support, stitch direction, seam width and the gaps where moving parts meet all influence the final impression. We invest in details that may never be noticed individually because true refinement is felt when the whole product seems to contain no obvious compromise.

Relaxbro 2024 industry brand recognition

2024 / Industry Recognition

When comfort became design,
the industry began to notice.

International recognition has never been the objective. It is an external affirmation of the direction we have pursued all along: engineering that understands the body, precision that still feels human, and a massage chair composed enough to belong naturally in the modern home.

International recognition

Recognition followed the work.
